Carolyn Montgomery

Carolyn Montgomery of Cayce, S C, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Montgomery born on January 27, 1959 departed this life on March 26, 2026 at Lexington Medical Center.

Carolyn was a graduate of Brookland Cayce High School and receive an Early Childhood Certificate from Midlands Technical College. She was employed at Hartman Hall Child Development Center, West Columbia, S.C.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters; Lakenia Montgomery, Kawanna Montgomery, of Cayce, S.C. two sons; Lamont Montgomery, Jason Montgomery of Cayce, S.C. three sisters; Florine Sutton, Betty Brown, Doretha Montgomery, all of Cayce, S.C. one brother; Thomas Montgomery Jr. of Allendale, S.C. two aunts; Emma Wright of Hampton, S.C. Evelyn Jones of West Columbia, S.C. one Uncle; Frankie (Katie Jones) of Hampton, S.C. eight grands; Mikesha Anderson, of Lexington, S.C. Anthony Anderson, of Columbia, S.C. Michael Anderson, of Blythewood, S.C. Za’Vearria McCoy, Tony McCoy III, Ki’Morra McCoy, Samarion Glenn, Perfect Jones all of Cayce, S.C. two special nephews; Christopher Montgomery of Swansea, S.C. Reginald James of Cayce, S.C. Two godchildren; Quendrelle Creech, Lila Goodwin, ten great grands and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
