Ms. Jackline “Jackie” Olivia Jones was born in Swansea, SC on March 9, 1946. She was one of fourteen children of Mrs. Vera Olivia Jones and Mr. Willie Jones, Sr. She departed this earthly life on Thursday, September 22, 2022 in Lexington, SC.

Jackie attended Lakeview Educational School. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She worked in the dry cleaning business for 35 years and 7 years doing customer service.

Jackie enjoyed cooking, playing card games on her phone, and fishing. She also enjoyed family gatherings and the Dallas Cowboys team. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church and she was currently attending Gethsemane Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by: her fiance, Bailey Gardner, Jr.; her loving parents; five brothers; Gill, Scotty, Allen, Bobby and Tony Jones all of Cayce, SC; two sisters, Audrey Williams of Cayce, SC and Inger Jones of Charleston, SC.

Ms. Jackie leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories: three daughters, Darlene Jones, Maxine Simmons and Vickie Davis; two sons, Walter Jones and Gill Jones, III; one step daughter and son, Amanda Frier and Danny Gardner, Jr.; 10 grandchildren; Shanta Anderson, Aerial Jones, Cyrus Davis, Xavier, Walter Jr. Moore, Destiny, Tymia, Walter III, Isaiah Jones, and Hailey Brazell; 6 step grandchildren; Kayla, Morgan Gardner,  Sondria Glover; Niechelle Thomas, Jysaiah and Jamiah Frier; 10 Great Grandchildren, Antonio, Antavion, Audrevious Bethel, Ashanta Smith, Lilly Lakes, Jacobi and E’zayvin Jones, Helana Moore, Jalayah Austin and Samaria Moore; 2 great-great grandchildren; 4 sisters, June Jeffcoat, Tarzina Jones and Tammy Prescott all of Cayce, SC and Regina Jones of Charleston, SC; 3 brothers, Bernard Jones of West Columbia, SC, Anthony Jones of Cayce. SC and Darnell Jones of Atlanta, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews who loved her and will miss her dearly; special sister and brother, Ms. Barbara and John Morant. Jackie’s friends and associates will miss her also.
